Description

We will cover the entire staffing process from the scratch in a language everyone can understand and comprehend the nut and bolts of the process including emailing, texting, voice messaging and calling process of the US staffing. This course will also cover the knowledge on geography, time zones, taxation in the US and the visas for immigrants, and non-immigrants which are essentials for recruiting people in the US.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling IT requirements from US-based clients.

2. Complete Recruitment process: Starting from the interview, offer, negotiation to closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

3. Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

4. Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

5. Work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

6. Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, medical test etc. leading to joining post placement.

7. Achieve a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.

8. Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

9. Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.

10. Should be capable to handle a team as well.

11. Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hire Motto.

12. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.

13. Conduct regular meetings with India offshore teams with the status update.

14. Publish progress report to management every week.

15. Get updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
